In cooperation with the Municipality of Resen in cooperation with the PUC “Proleter”, we officially launched the project “Select Textiles”. The main goal of this initiative is the proper management of textile waste, environmental protection and encouraging humanity.

As part of the initial activities, a series of educational workshops were held with the youngest in kindergartens and primary schools throughout the municipality, where the children were introduced to the importance of recycling. We express our great gratitude to the staff of all educational institutions for their support and cooperation.

Where can you dispose of your textile waste? Containers/points have been set up at the following locations:

• Kindergarten “Jabolche” – Resen
• Primary School “Mite Bogoevski” – Resen
• Primary School “Goce Delchev” – Resen
• Local Primary School “Mite Bogoevski” – Jankovec

• Primary School “Slavejko Arsov” – Podmocani
• Primary School “Dimitar Vlahov” – Ljubojno
• Administrative Building of PUC “Proleter” – Resen

Important guidelines for citizens: For the most efficient use of collected textiles, please adhere to the following recommendations:

For reuse (Donation): Pack clothing that is in good condition in a bag or package. Please mark the package as “Reuse” and indicate the purpose (e.g. boys’ clothing for ages 10 and up). These packages will be donated to where they are needed most.

For recycling: Please pack textiles that are not in working condition well and dispose of them without any special marking. They will be properly recycled.
